What We Do
17Mins is a pickup-first retail brand built around speed, simplicity, and transparency. Through our network of Light Stores and numbered Light Counters, you can order online and pick up exactly when it suits you—with zero delivery fees, zero platform fees, and zero handling fees. Always.
Rethinking Convenience
We believe convenience doesn't have to be expensive. Instead of relying on costly last-mile delivery, we redesigned the shopping experience around fast, effortless pickup. It's a modern approach inspired by brands that challenged traditional industries through smarter systems and better experiences.
Zero Fees. By Design.
You're already heading out—for work, college, the gym, or your evening plans. Picking up your order takes just a minute, so why pay extra for delivery?
That's why 17Mins has zero delivery fees, zero platform fees, and zero handling fees. You simply pay for what you buy—nothing more.
Built for Everyday Habits
We're not built on endless discounts or one-time offers. We're building a brand people choose every week because it's reliable, fast, and consistently enjoyable. A nearby Light Counter, dependable stock, and a seamless pickup experience create habits that last.
Designed Around People
Every part of 17Mins—from browsing to pickup—is designed to feel simple, intuitive, and genuinely enjoyable. We believe shopping should feel less like completing a task and more like interacting with a brand you'll want to come back to.
Our Commitment
Every order is carefully picked, packed, and prepared before you arrive. If something isn't right, we'll make it right quickly. Trust isn't built through promises—it's earned with every single order.
Meet Hani
Every great brand has a personality. Ours is Hani.
Hani brings warmth, humor, and a human touch to 17Mins, making every interaction feel a little more personal. Behind every Light Store and every Light Counter is a team that cares about creating an experience worth remembering.
17Mins isn't just about getting what you need. It's about making every pickup feel effortless.
