Collect your order from the Light Counter you selected before placing your order. Your selected Light Counter is always shown on your Bag page, so you'll always know exactly where your order will be waiting.

Yes. You can choose a different Light Counter before placing each new order. Once an order is placed, it is sent to the selected Light Counter, where our team picks, packs, and prepares it. That order must be collected from the same Light Counter and cannot be picked up from a different location.

Your order will be held at your selected Light Counter for up to 48 hours. If it isn't collected within that time, the order will be automatically cancelled. If you're eligible for a refund, it will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

Yes. Your documents are used only to process your print order and are never used for any other purpose.

No. Once your print order has been completed and picked up, your uploaded files are permanently deleted from our servers.

No. We follow a strict No Peek Policy. Your files are processed only to complete your print order and are not accessed unnecessarily by our team.

Yes. You can safely print IDs, certificates, resumes, application forms, contracts, and other personal or business documents.

You can upload PDF, JPG, JPEG, and PNG files. For the best print quality and layout accuracy, we recommend uploading PDFs.

Yes. You can upload multiple documents and customize each one before adding them to your bag.

Yes. For supported documents, you can choose either single-sided or double-sided printing before placing your order.

You can remove or replace a document anytime before placing your order. Once your order is confirmed and printing has started, files cannot be changed.
